不平衡率指标主要是看左右两轮的刹车轮差,是衡量汽车安全性的主要技术指标之一,如果这个值超标,则会出现左右轮刹车不平衡,汽车跑偏的现象。本数据可以对车辆的情况进行安全性评价,保证了车辆的安全性和检验结果的准确性。一轴不平衡率=一轴过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/一轴左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
二轴不平衡率=二轴过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/二轴左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
根据《GB7258-2017机动车运行安全技术条件》,《GB38900-2020机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》规定,一轴不平衡率合格范围:≤24%,二轴不平衡率合格范围:≤30%,当两个数值都在合格范围内,才能判定合格。
The unbalance rate index mainly reflects the brake difference between the left and right wheels, and is one of the core technical indicators for evaluating vehicle safety. If the index exceeds the standard, unbalanced braking between the left and right wheels and vehicle deviation will occur.

The calculation formula of first axle unbalance rate is:
First axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum difference point of process difference of first axle (large value - small value)) / (Larger value of maximum running braking forces of left and right wheels of first axle)] × 100%
The calculation formula of second axle unbalance rate is:
Second axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum difference point of process difference of second axle (large value - small value)) / (Larger value of maximum running braking forces of left and right wheels of second axle)] × 100%
According to the national standards GB 7258-2017 'Specifications for Safety of Motor Vehicles in Operation' and GB 38900-2020 'Items and Methods for Safety Technology Inspection of Motor Vehicles', the qualified range of first axle unbalance rate is ≤24%, and the qualified range of second axle unbalance rate is ≤30%. A vehicle can only be determined as qualified when both values fall within their respective qualified ranges.
