自然保护区资源开发与保护的冲突日益突出,如何兼顾经济社会发展和自然保护成了这个时代亟需解决的问题,而如何对全国自然保护区进行全方位的综合监管,防止积少成多不合理的开发建设活动对自然保护区的生态环境造成破坏,实现生态文明目标,是管理部门亟待解答的问题。 自然保护区遥感监测产品提供功能完善的核查系统,包括桌面端自然保护区遥感服务监测系统和自然保护区核查APP,以“吉林一号”遥感星座为数据保障,对监测区域进行每季度一次的卫星覆盖拍摄,检测自然保护区内人类活动行为。 利用高分辨率遥感卫星,对监测区域进行每季度一次的卫星覆盖拍摄,智能对比多期影像,检测自然保护区内人类活动行为,打通自然保护区线上线下监管巡护渠道,实现高效监管。产品的桌面端系统以及移动端可同步下发图斑和自查图斑等图斑数据,保障数据的一致性,为自然保护区监察工作提供强有力的数据保障。

Conflicts between resource development and conservation in nature reserves have grown increasingly prominent. Balancing economic and social development with nature conservation has become an urgent issue of the current era. Moreover, how to implement comprehensive, full-range supervision over national nature reserves, prevent cumulative irrational development and construction activities from inflicting damage on the ecological environment of nature reserves, and achieve the goals of ecological civilization are pressing questions that regulatory authorities must address promptly. The remote sensing monitoring products for nature reserves offer fully functional verification systems, including a desktop-based remote sensing service monitoring system for nature reserves and a nature reserve verification APP. Leveraging the "Jilin-1" remote sensing constellation as data support, the products conduct quarterly satellite coverage imaging of monitored regions to detect human activities within nature reserves. By utilizing high-resolution remote sensing satellites, the products perform quarterly satellite coverage imaging of monitored areas, intelligently compare multi-temporal images to detect human activities within nature reserves, and link online and offline supervision and patrol channels for nature reserves to realize efficient supervision. The desktop system and mobile terminals of the products can simultaneously distribute image patch data such as general image patches and self-inspection image patches, ensuring data consistency and providing robust data support for nature reserve supervision work.
