高原自然人群高危慢病研究报告

该报告为西南区域高海拔地区世居高原自然人群慢性高原病和其他常见高危慢性病的流行特征、危险因素以及防控策略研究报告。该报告依托在高海拔地区世居高原人群中建立的自然人群队列，探讨其慢性病发病机理，以及环境因素及遗传因素对其的影响及复杂的交互作用，对高海拔地区常见 、高危慢性病的防控具有重大意义。This report is a study on the epidemiological characteristics, risk factors and prevention and control strategies of chronic mountain sickness and other common high-risk chronic diseases among indigenous permanent high-altitude natural cohorts in southwestern high-altitude regions. Based on the established natural population cohorts among indigenous permanent high-altitude populations, this report explores the pathogenesis of chronic diseases, as well as the impacts of environmental and genetic factors and their complex interactive effects, which is of great significance for the prevention and control of common and high-risk chronic diseases in high-altitude regions.
