Dataset for: Multi-Objective Maintenance Decision-Making for Bridge Networks

This dataset contains the processed bridge network parameters used for the case study in the paper 'Multi-Objective Maintenance Decision-Making for Bridge Networks: A Deep Reinforcement Learning Framework with Pareto-Optimal Policy Generation'.

Data Source: The raw data was derived from the National Bridge Inventory (NBI) maintained by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Data Processing: The data was filtered to specifically include the 21 highway bridges located on St. Croix Island, U.S. Virgin Islands. The condition ratings were mapped to the Markovian state space (CS1-CS7) as described in the methodology section of the associated paper. The file VI25.csv includes parameters such as deck area, traffic volume (ADT/ADTT), and structure type."
