These are the Matlab and Excel files for Figure 1 of the paper by Fok, PW "Multi-layer Mechanical Model of Glagov Remodeling in Coronary Arteries: Differences between In-vivo and Ex-vivo Measurements" The piece-wise linear fit was done "by eye". Data was extracted from Glagov et al. "Compensatory Enlargement of Human Atherosclerotic Coronary Arteries", New England Journal of Medicine (1987) using WebPlotDigitizer:arohatgi.info/WebPlotDigitizer. Errors **are** made when using this tool, so this Figure is not exactly the same as the one published by Glagov.本数据集对应Fok, PW发表的论文《冠状动脉的格拉戈夫（Glagov）重构多层力学模型：体内（in vivo）与体外（ex vivo）测量的差异》中的图1，包含该图所用的MATLAB与Excel文件。该图的分段线性拟合采用目视法完成，数据通过WebPlotDigitizer工具（访问地址：arohatgi.info/WebPlotDigitizer）从Glagov等人1987年发表于《新英格兰医学杂志（New England Journal of Medicine）》的论文《人类动脉粥样硬化性冠状动脉的代偿性扩张》中提取。需注意，使用该数据提取工具时难免会产生误差，因此本图与Glagov原发表的正式图像并非完全一致。
