高精度硅压阻式高温压力传感器数据集

针对高精度硅压阻式高温压力传感器研究，为验证高温压力传感器的各项指标满足任务书考核要求，由课题参与单位西安交通大学、第三方测试机构陕西省市计量科学研究院和中国航空工业集团公司北京长城计量测试技术研究中心按照JJG 860-2015、JJG624-2005等标准规范完成传感器数据的采集，主要记录了高温压力传感器的量程、准确度、满量程输出、热零点漂移、热灵敏度漂移、工作温度和响应频率等性能指标数据，数据量7.88MB。To verify that all performance indicators of high-precision piezoresistive high-temperature pressure sensors meet the assessment requirements specified in the project task document, sensor data collection was conducted by the project participating units: Xi'an Jiaotong University, and third-party testing institutions including Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Metrology Science and China Aviation Industry Corporation Beijing Greatwall Metrology and Testing Technology Research Center, in accordance with standards such as JJG 860-2015 and JJG 624-2005. The dataset primarily records performance metrics of the sensors, including range, accuracy, full-scale output, thermal zero drift, thermal sensitivity drift, operating temperature, and response frequency, with a total size of 7.88 MB.
