Nickel meteoric ablation experiment: SEM images and analysis

SEM images (CBS, EDX mapping) of meteorites (Allende meteorite, Mexico, 1967, CV3; Chergach meteorite, Mali, 2006, H5) and pentlandite/breccia mineral sample (Sudbury, Ontario, Canada). Pieces and powdered samples. Also, analysis spreadsheets and scripts pertaining to nickel and sodium ablation from heated meteorite samples (Meteoric Ablation Simulator, MASI).本数据集包含采用扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）成像（结合CBS模式与能量色散X射线光谱成像（Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy mapping, EDX mapping）技术）获取的样本图像，所涉样本包括1967年发现于墨西哥的CV3型阿连德陨石、2006年发现于马里的H5型切尔加奇陨石，以及采自加拿大安大略省萨德伯里的镍黄铁矿（pentlandite）/角砾岩矿物样品；所有样品均包含块状与粉末两种形态。此外，数据集还涵盖与利用陨石烧蚀模拟器（Meteoric Ablation Simulator, MASI）对加热陨石样品开展镍、钠烧蚀分析相关的分析电子表格与脚本程序。
