CERP Decomp Physical Model Pre-Construction Wildlife Survey

Field surveys were conducted to determine the presence or absence of state or federally-listed wildlife species, and also to complete a general fish and wildlife inventory and migratory bird survey prior to construction of the Decomp Physical Model. A literature review was also performed prior to the start of field surveys, and included USFWS, FWC, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), and USACE documents regarding the Decomp Physical Model (DPM) and surrounding area; ENP and FWC bird check lists; FWC information on state listed species; Florida Natural Area Inventory (FNAI) lists of protected species; aerial and satellite photographs; and other reports regarding natural resources within or near the project area.为在Decomp物理模型（Decomp Physical Model, DPM）开工前开展生态调研，本研究实施了野外调查工作，以确定州或联邦名录野生生物物种的存在与否，并完成通用鱼类与野生生物普查及候鸟调查。在野外调查启动前，同步开展了文献综述工作，所涵盖的资料包括：美国鱼类及野生动物管理局（USFWS）、佛罗里达州鱼类与野生动物保护委员会（FWC）、南佛罗里达水管理区（South Florida Water Management District, SFWMD）与美国陆军工程兵团（USACE）针对Decomp物理模型及其周边区域的相关文件；佛罗里达大沼泽地国家公园（ENP）与FWC的鸟类观测名录；FWC关于州级保护物种的相关资料；佛罗里达自然区域清查（Florida Natural Area Inventory, FNAI）的保护物种名录；航空与卫星影像；以及项目区域内或周边自然资源相关的其他报告。
