甘肃省全网净负荷平衡能力需求评估数据集主要面向充裕性指标、调峰需求指标的分级计算方法研究、不确定场景下平衡能力需求评估与供给资源建模方法需求建设。基于国网甘肃省电力公司计划处与自动化处的数据信息共享，分多次定期采集，获取2023年1月1日到2024年12月31日时间范围内，统计的包括甘肃省15小时和1小时尺度的风电、光伏、负荷以及外送功率曲线，数据量1.74GB。Dataset for Evaluating Grid-wide Net Load Balancing Capability Requirements in Gansu Province. This dataset is primarily designed to support research on hierarchical calculation methods for adequacy indicators and peak regulation demand indicators, as well as the development of balancing capability requirement assessment and supply resource modeling methods under uncertain scenarios. Collected in multiple regular batches based on data sharing between the Planning Division and Automation Division of State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company, the dataset covers the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, and includes statistically processed wind power, photovoltaic, load, and external transmission power curves at 15-hour and 1-hour temporal resolutions across Gansu Province, with a total data volume of 1.74 GB.
