Feasibility, Reproducibility and optimisation of GABA quantification in healthy volunteers using 3T MRI

We aimed to asses the feasibility and inter-visit repeatability of GABA+ quantification with MEGA-PRESS. Therefore, we recruited healthy volunteers. Each had an MRS scan twice, one week apart. Exclusion criteria consisted of contraindication to MRI and history of neurological pathologies/diagnosis.
