By conducting statistical analysis on the processing data of horizontal machining center equipment and leveraging production line operation data, this work analyzes the time utilization rate, performance utilization rate, qualified product rate, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of horizontal machining centers, providing data support for their operation and improving their production efficiency while ensuring stable operation. The product processing data of horizontal machining centers can not only be applied within the enterprise to optimize production line equipment and guide procurement decisions, but also help relevant enterprises in the industry gain an in-depth understanding of the working characteristics of horizontal machining centers, providing reference value for their equipment procurement work. 1. Data Collection: Collect the operational data of horizontal machining centers, including date, production line name, process name, equipment name, equipment model, theoretical processing speed, planned load time, actual load time, downtime, total processed quantity, and unqualified product quantity. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the indicators via algorithms as follows: Time Utilization Rate = (Actual Load Time - Downtime) / Actual Load Time * 100%; Performance Utilization Rate = (Total Processed Quantity / (Theoretical Processing Speed / 24)) / Actual Load Time * 100%; Qualified Product Rate = (Total Processed Quantity - Unqualified Product Quantity) / Total Processed Quantity * 100%; Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) = Time Utilization Rate * Performance Utilization Rate * Qualified Product Rate. 3.
