This is a dataset on a one-year prospective follow-up study on a group of patients of psychosis (N = 120) who were in remission for over six months. Their sociodemographic, cognitive, clinical, and psychosocial data were collected at baseline and monthly over a period of one year, in order to identify potential predictors of relapse.
