中国饲料成分及营养价值表（第31版）矿物元素含量数据库

本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（动物科学和动物医学）建设。该数据集根据科学数据共享的要求，主要收集中国饲料加工业和养殖业中最常用的22种常用无机矿物元素饲料添加剂及其主要矿物元素含量数据。收集整理数据主要包括化学分子式、主要矿物元素含量，包括钙(Ca，%)、磷(P，%)、磷利用率（%）、钠(Na，%)、氯(Cl，%)、钾(K，%)、镁(Mg，%)、硫(S，%)、铁(Fe，%)、锰(Mn，%)。所有数据，无特别说明者，均表示为饲喂状态的含量数据。This dataset was developed by the National Agricultural Scientific Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). In line with the requirements of scientific data sharing, this dataset mainly collects data on 22 most commonly used inorganic mineral feed additives and their corresponding main mineral element contents in China's feed processing and animal husbandry industries. The collected and organized data primarily include chemical formulas and contents of key mineral elements, covering calcium (Ca, %), phosphorus (P, %), phosphorus utilization rate (%), sodium (Na, %), chlorine (Cl, %), potassium (K, %), magnesium (Mg, %), sulfur (S, %), iron (Fe, %) and manganese (Mn, %). All data, unless otherwise specified, represent the content levels under feeding conditions.
