A dataset of Short Wave InfraRed spectra collected in transflectance mode on hopped wort The 'Hopped_wort_spectra.mat' is a MATLAB data file containing a DataSet object (DSO): 'Hopped_wort_spectra’ including 400 spectra collected in transflectance mode in the spectral range 1000–2400 nm (1401 channels). Classes set on Row Labels in the DSO are: Set1: Sampling Time (i.e. T0=1st day, T1=2nd day, T2=3rd day and T3=4th day). Set2: Degrees Plato (i.e. density of the liquid measured with a hydrometer calibrated with Plato gravity scale).
