Stable carbon isotope composition (δ13C) of organic matter from the Tremadocian black shale (Sõtke 1 drillcore, Türisalu Formation)

The dataset contains high-resolution data of the δ13Corg variations in the Tremadocian black shale section from the Sõtke drill core, northeast Estonia. The metalliferous and considerably carbonate-rich black shale complex of the Türisalu Formation was sampled in its full thickness by two-cm-thick intervals using a quarter of core. Recorded δ13Corg values fall into a narrow range of −29.58‰ to −28.40‰.
