Consensus approach to differential abundance analysis

Dataset contains scripts and simulation files for benchmarking analysis of consensus approaches to differential abundance analysis. Simulated datasets were simulated from existing publicly available real gut and oral microbiome datasets using SimbaR and are in the form .h5. Filenames indicate parameters used for each simulation, with each file containing 20 repeats x 10 subsets / subset size (800 total for most files). Scripts are split into those used for simulation, analysis and figure generation.本数据集包含用于差异丰度分析（differential abundance analysis）共识方法的基准测试分析所需的脚本与仿真文件。所生成的仿真数据集基于现有公开可用的真实肠道与口腔微生物组数据集，通过SimbaR工具生成，格式为.h5文件。文件名标注了每次仿真所使用的参数，每个文件包含20次重复实验×10个亚组数据（多数文件总计包含800条数据）。脚本分为仿真、分析与图像生成三类。
