Matter enrichment of the macrofauna community of MAC station 13077-001

The MAC is a free vehicle composed of 16 sealed sets (four sets in each of four trays) filled with an inert substrate (10-70 µm glass beads). This substrate is enriched with ground particulate matter in various concentrations. Following in situ incubation macrofauna densities are determined in both the control and enriched samples.MAC是一种免费的实验载体装置，由16个密封组件构成，分为4个托盘，每个托盘包含4组密封组件，内部填充有粒径为10~70微米的玻璃微珠组成的惰性基质。该基质中添加了不同浓度的研磨颗粒物。经原位培养后，分别测定对照组与富集组样本中的大型底栖生物（macrofauna）密度。
