We used high-throughput sequencing of the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene to compare the bacterial communities in eight vermicompost groups with different substrates and two conventional organic fertilizers. Study on earthworms affect the composition of bacterial communities in vermicompost, and evaluate the environmental impact of dominant species.
