Dataset_GCxGC_FruityBeer

The dataset consists of five different types of commercial fruity beer analysed with SPME-GCxGC-TOFMS. The main aroma characteristic of the beers, as reported on their respective labels, were red berries (Berry), cherry (Cherry), banana (Banana), apple (Apple), and peach (Peach). Five replicates were analyzed for each beer type. Twenty-five chromatograms were obtained from the five beer sample types (n = 5). In addition, a fiber blank following the same extraction conditions is available. All samples are provided in .cdf and .smp format.本数据集包含五种不同类型的商用果味啤酒，采用固相微萃取-全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱（SPME-GC×GC-TOFMS）进行分析。根据各款啤酒的产品标签标注，其核心香气特征分别为红浆果（Berry）、樱桃（Cherry）、香蕉（Banana）、苹果（Apple）与水蜜桃（Peach）。每种啤酒类型均完成五次重复分析。针对这五种啤酒样品，共获得25张色谱图（n = 5）。此外，本数据集还提供了采用相同萃取条件制备的萃取纤维空白对照样本。所有样品数据均以.cdf与.smp格式提供。
