OT-I CD8 T cell transcriptome of cells isolated from Spleen, IV+ brain, and IV- brain of DCLM immunized mice OT-I T cells were transferred into mice and DC(ova) primed and LM(ova) boosted. At a memory time point, OT-I cells (Thy1.1+, CD8+ and IV+ or IV-) were sorted from the Spleen, IV+ brain, or IV- brain in duplicate. Sorted cells were used for RNAseq analysis
