松香松节油结构稳定化及深加工利用技术

该项目通过国家自然科学基金项目研究及十五科技攻关,突破松香松节油结构稳定化及深加工利用技术瓶颈,发明松香无色化高稳定化方法和松节油系列香料的一体化合成及乙炔化新技术,创制无色松香低成本酯化复合催化剂及松节油稳定化结构空气氧化催化剂,独创无溶剂无水固体碱制备户外耐候环氧树脂新技术。该项目的实施,拓展了松香松节油利用新途径,大幅提高深加工产品附加值,明显提升了我国松脂资源开发利用的整体水平,对利用可再生资源发展精细化学品起到积极示范作用,有效促进了我国松脂林化支柱产业及相关行业的发展与技术进步,为实现林业资源的环境友好综合利用、可持续发展及山区农民脱贫致富创造了良好条件。
This project, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National 10th Five-Year Plan for Key Technologies R&D, has broken through technical bottlenecks in the structural stabilization and deep processing/utilization of rosin and turpentine. Specifically, it has invented a highly stable decolorization method for rosin, as well as novel integrated synthesis and ethynylation technologies for a series of turpentine-derived fragrances. Additionally, low-cost composite esterification catalysts for colorless rosin and air oxidation catalysts for stabilizing the structure of turpentine have been developed, and an original solvent-free and water-free technology for preparing outdoor weather-resistant epoxy resins using solid bases has been established. The implementation of this project has expanded new utilization pathways for rosin and turpentine, substantially increased the added value of deep-processed products, and significantly elevated the overall level of development and utilization of China's pine resin resources. It has played a positive demonstrative role in developing fine chemicals from renewable resources, effectively promoted the development and technological advancement of China's pillar pine resin chemical industry and related sectors, and created favorable conditions for achieving environmentally friendly comprehensive utilization of forestry resources, sustainable development, and poverty alleviation and prosperity for farmers in mountainous areas.
