EnvironmentOrdinance- reconnaissance area special conditions buried in Gelders nature network

This file contains the reconnaissance area where nature buried under special conditions is possible. The ban on new establishment within the Gelders Nature Network is an exception for a limited number of developments in the least vulnerable nature for those functions. In parts of the search areas for the expansion of habitat areas and in parts of the areas with old forest soils, it is also possible to bury nature under special conditions. Of course only where they do not coincide with habitat areas, or large units of nature, natural pearls, A-locations forest and wet areas. The update plan was adopted by Provincial States on 15 December 2021, the date of entry into force is 1 February 2022.
