The index reflects the blockchain-based remote notarization service capability of notary offices, enabling notary associations and supervising and guiding departments at provincial and municipal levels to grasp the development status of remote notarization business carried out by notary offices, and facilitating enterprises and public institutions to better select suitable notary offices for cooperative remote notarization services.
