These data were generated using PySolo-Video and a constructed activity monitoring device. Activity data were calculated as distance traveled (in pixels) in a 10-second period based on recorded footage of study mosquitoes. Culex pipiens females were placed in a 24-well plate, entrained for a full 24-hours, and then monitored in dark:dark conditions for 48 hours.
