Consolidated list of alternative dispute resolution entities drawn up by the European Commission

As the competent authority within the meaning of Articles 18(1) and 20(4) of Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic publishes the reference to the consolidated list of alternative dispute resolution entities drawn up by the European Commission
