S1, Enzyme activity and metabolite abundance

Enzyme activity and metabolite abundances from enriched bundle sheath, and mesophyll tissues along a developming Zea mays leaf. Data provided from two havests. Fast=two, 8cm slices, less than 1s to liquid nitrogen. Gradient=five, 4cm slice, ~10s to liquid nitrogen. Data is provided both in raw, and fully normalized ("deconvoluted", see methods of paper) form.本数据集包含沿发育中玉米（Zea mays）叶片获取的富集维管束鞘（bundle sheath）与叶肉（mesophyll）组织的酶活性及代谢物丰度数据。数据来自两次采样收获。其中快速处理组（Fast）包含2组样本，采用8厘米切片规格，组织离体至液氮固定的耗时小于1秒；梯度处理组（Gradient）包含5组样本，采用4厘米切片规格，组织离体至液氮固定的耗时约10秒。数据集同时提供原始格式与完全标准化（"反卷积（deconvoluted）"，详见论文方法部分）形式的数据。
