三轮摩托车(L5类)采用火花塞放电点火燃烧,燃烧后产物发生高温离解倾向,特别是某些死区点不着火或在某些工况下断火,使排放物中含有碳氢化合物(hc)。因此,通过对车辆尾气碳氢化合物含量检测,分析研判尾气不合格原因,为用户甄别发动机进气阀门橡胶圈更换、火花塞清洗保养和三元催化器和氧传感器的故障排查提供参考。1.数据采集:对两轮摩托车(L3类)尾气碳氢化合物含量进行检测。2.数据检测:稀释气体由排放尾气和环境空气混合而成,利用空气中氧气浓度值,分析仪测得尾气中hc浓度以及稀释气体中hc浓度,可得到进入流量计的排放尾气被空气稀释的比例;测量的结果经温度和压力修正,获得标准体积流,根据尾气的稀释比例,计算出排放尾气的实际流量。根据尾气成份浓度和尾气流量,测出两轮摩托车尾气污染物含量。数据和底盘测功机检测发动机实际输出功率相结合,实时分析车辆在负荷工况下排气污染物的排放质量。3.数据处理:hc=1/s*V*dhc*hcc/106,其中S为行驶距离单位KM;V为尾气的实际流量单位为L;碳氢化合物在温度为293.2K大气压力为101.33kPa时的密度,dhc=0.577kg/m3;hcc稀释排气中碳氢化合物的容积浓度单位为10-6(V/V)。碳氢化合物小于0.15L(UDC)限值0.8g/km;大于等于0.15L(UDC+EUDC)限值0.3g/km,超过该数值为不合格。4.数据应用:通过检测数据分析研判,可判断两轮摩托车(L3类)尾气碳氢化合物含量是否超标,为环保监管和车辆管理提供数据支持。

Three-wheeled motorcycles (Class L5) use spark plug discharge ignition for combustion, and their combustion products tend to undergo high-temperature dissociation. Particularly, ignition failure or misfire occurs in some dead zones under certain operating conditions, leading to the presence of hydrocarbons (HC) in the exhaust emissions. Therefore, detecting the hydrocarbon content in vehicle exhaust and analyzing the causes of unqualified exhaust can provide references for users to identify the need for replacing engine intake valve rubber seals, cleaning and maintaining spark plugs, and troubleshooting faults in three-way catalytic converters and oxygen sensors. 1. Data Collection: Detect the hydrocarbon content in the exhaust of two-wheeled motorcycles (Class L3). 2. Data Detection: The diluted gas is a mixture of exhaust emissions and ambient air. Using the oxygen concentration in the ambient air, the analyzer measures the HC concentration in the exhaust and the HC concentration in the diluted gas, thereby obtaining the dilution ratio of the exhaust entering the flow meter diluted by air. The measured results are corrected for temperature and pressure to obtain the standard volume flow rate. According to the dilution ratio of the exhaust, the actual flow rate of the exhaust emissions is calculated. Based on the exhaust component concentration and exhaust flow rate, the pollutant content in the exhaust of two-wheeled motorcycles is measured. Combined with the actual output power of the engine detected by the chassis dynamometer, the emission quality of exhaust pollutants under load conditions of the vehicle is analyzed in real time. 3. Data Processing: The calculation formula is HC = 1/S * V * dhc * hcc / 10^6, where S is the driving distance with the unit of km; V is the actual flow rate of exhaust with the unit of L; dhc is the density of hydrocarbons at a temperature of 293.2 K and atmospheric pressure of 101.33 kPa, with a value of 0.577 kg/m³; hcc is the volumetric concentration of hydrocarbons in the diluted exhaust, with the unit of 10^-6 (V/V). The emission limit is 0.8 g/km when the hydrocarbon content is less than 0.15 L (UDC), and 0.3 g/km when it is greater than or equal to 0.15 L (UDC + EUDC). Vehicles exceeding the corresponding limit are deemed unqualified. 4. Data Application: Through the analysis and evaluation of test data, it can be determined whether the hydrocarbon content in the exhaust of two-wheeled motorcycles (Class L3) exceeds the standard, providing data support for environmental protection supervision and vehicle management.
