Trophic assessment of Antarctic fish

This dataset includes meta data records from fish of the Southern Ocean caught in various locations around Antartica. Sanger sequencing data for 3 markers (COI, SSRP1, PPM1d) and metabarcoding data (Raw demultiplexed reads and abundance tables) of the stomach content (COI) and the intestinal microbiome (16S rRNA) is available for a selection of the fish.
