出生人口性别比数据集收集了2010年-2013年31个省、直辖市、自治区及新疆建设兵团的计划妊娠家庭生育出生人口的性别信息，目前累计有3000000条数据记录。数据资料包括新生儿父母双方的基础人口学信息、母亲孕产史、本次怀孕胎数、新生儿性别、出生日期等。本数据可用于开展出生人口性别比的横断面现况研究、时间变化趋势分析及不同地域、不同种族人群出生人口的性别比差异分析等。The Sex Ratio at Birth Dataset collects gender information of live births from planned pregnancy families across 31 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps during 2010-2013. Currently, it has accumulated 3,000,000 data records. The dataset includes basic demographic information of both parents of the newborn, maternal pregnancy and obstetric history, the number of fetuses in the current pregnancy, newborn gender, date of birth, and other relevant information. This dataset can be used for cross-sectional prevalence studies on the sex ratio at birth, temporal trend analysis, and analysis of differences in sex ratios of live births among populations from different regions and ethnic groups, among other research applications.
