**About National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) Scheme:**\r\n\r\nIn 2007 Australia introduced a single, national framework for corporations to report on greenhouse gas emissions, energy use and energy production. That framework, known as the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) Scheme, operates under the *National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007.* \r\n\r\nCorporations registered under the Act 2007 (the NGER Act) are obliged to report greenhouse gas emissions, energy production and energy consumption data to the Clean Energy Regulator.\r\nBy 28 February each year the Clean Energy Regulator must publish some of the data reported under the NGER Act for the previous reporting (financial) year.关于国家温室气体与能源报告（National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting, NGER）计划： 2007年，澳大利亚推出了一套统一的国家级框架，要求企业申报温室气体排放量、能源使用量与能源产出量。该框架即被称为国家温室气体与能源报告（NGER）计划，其实施依据为《2007年国家温室气体与能源报告法》（National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007）。 依据该2007年法案（即《NGER法案》）完成注册的企业，有义务向清洁能源监管局（Clean Energy Regulator）提交温室气体排放量、能源产出量与能源消耗量数据。 每年2月28日前，清洁能源监管局须公开上一报告财年依据《NGER法案》提交的部分数据。
