Mechanical properties of fine-grained AZ31 alloy produced by rapid solidification and hot extrusion

The data represents mechanical properties, texture measurements, XRD diffraction patterns and strain rate sensitivity measurements of AZ31 alloy produced by rapid solidification combined with hot extrusion. The flow stress of AZ31 alloy samples has been investigated under conditions of uniaxial tension and compression at 4K, 78K and 298K.
