Qunatifying variations in serum total PSA, BMI and ECOG score in the first 6months of ADT for advanced prostate cancer in a low resource setting

This dataset is generated from an observational cohort study designed to quantify the variations that occur in the serum total PSA, BMI and in the physical performance measured with ECOG. The study population is men with advanced prostate cancer on androgen deprivation therapy. It is in a low resource, low socio-economic setting.本数据集源自一项旨在量化血清总前列腺特异性抗原（prostate specific antigen, PSA）、身体质量指数（Body Mass Index, BMI）以及采用东部肿瘤协作组（Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, ECOG）量表评估的体力状况相关变化的观察性队列研究。该研究的受试人群为接受雄激素剥夺治疗的晚期前列腺癌男性患者。此项研究开展于资源匮乏、社会经济水平较低的环境中。
