Fluorescence Reconstruction Microscopy: Complete Testing Dataset

We provide all the test data and corresponding predictions for our paper,
“Practical Fluorescence Reconstruction Microscopy for High-Content
Imaging”. Please refer to the Methods section in this paper for
experimental details. For each experimental condition, we provide the
input transmitted-light images (either phase contrast or DIC), the ground
truth fluorescence images, and the output predicted fluorescence images
which should reconstruct the ground truth fluorescence images.

我们为本论文《面向高内涵成像的实用荧光重建显微技术》（"Practical Fluorescence Reconstruction Microscopy for High-Content Imaging"）提供了全部测试数据与对应预测结果。相关实验细节请参阅本文的方法学部分。针对每一组实验条件，我们均提供了输入透射光图像（相差或微分干涉相衬（DIC）图像）、基准真值荧光图像，以及旨在重建该基准真值荧光图像的输出预测荧光图像。
