The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Im Grün — 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Sexau from XPlanung 5.0. Description: For the area of the southwestern outskirts of Vordersexau west of the L 110 (about 250 m west) or south of the existing development of the road “Im Grün” (approx. 150 m south).
