The objective of the present invention is a technique for providing a sheet， which contains a glass fiber fabric and a fluororesin， with excellent light transmissivity. A sheet which comprises at least one glass fiber fabric， a first resin layer that contains the glass fiber fabric by being impregnated therein， and a second resin layer that is laminated on at least one surface of the first resin layer. This sheet is able to have excellent light transmissivity by: having the second resin layer contain a fluororesin; having the first resin layer contain a resin other than fluororesins; and setting the difference of refractive index between the glass fiber fabric and the first resin layer to 0.05 or less.
