16S rRNA gene sequences from hydrogen-producing CSTRs

This project includes full-length 16S rRNA gene sequences from microbial communities in continuous stirred-tank reactors (CSTRs) producing hydrogen via dark fermentation. Two inoculation strategies operated at two hydraulic residence times (HRT) were evaluated and compared with reactors inoculated with native sludge and an external inoculum to assess differences in community composition.
