2021-World-生物多样性特色专题基因数据

数据集收集生物多样性特色物种的多组学数据，在原始组学数据归档库和多组学资源体系基础上，重点围绕我国古生物资源物种、特色资源物种、野生动植物资源物种 、家养驯化资源物种等，建设形成生物多样性专题特色基因库，支撑生物遗传资源综合大数据共享与服务平台建设。

This dataset collects multi-omics data of characteristic species relevant to biodiversity conservation. Based on the existing original omics data archive repository and multi-omics resource system, it focuses on paleontological resource species, characteristic biological resource species, wild animal and plant resource species, and domesticated resource species within China, and has established a specialized biodiversity-themed characteristic gene bank. This work supports the construction of a comprehensive big data sharing and service platform for biological genetic resources.
