Replication Data for: Experimental and simulated FRAP for the quantitative determination of protein diffusion in helical cells

This dataset contains folders with the data for FRAP experiments for helical AMB-1 cells and cylindrical E. coli cells. .CZI files generated with the ZEN 3.8 software taken with a ZEISS LSM 980 Inverted microscope. Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching (FRAP) was conducted for one bacterium per .czi file. They can be opened with the ImageJ software and/or readily processed using the PyImageJ program on GitHub (https://github.com/Shariful-Sakib/FRAP-Simulations-and-Microscopy-Data-Analysis). Only useable with Windows.
