Tariff Christmas money in selected industries in NRW in 2022

The data set provides an overview of the tariff Christmas money in selected industries in NRW in 2022. In addition to the respective industry name, the data set contains information on the Christmas allowance, which is indicated in different units (percentage, euro, etc.) according to the underlying collective agreements. Often, the amount of the Christmas money is staggered (e.g. by affiliation) so that minimum and maximum values are specified in the dataset for these cases. If there is a single fixed value in a given sector, it is registered under ‘maximum value’. Accordingly, under ‘minimum value’, the entry ‘no value’ is found under ‘minimum value’, conversely, if there is an entry under ‘minimum value’ and ‘maximum value’ ‘no value’, the same value is indicated in the collective agreement as a minimum wage.
