Case Factors in Decision Making - ontology hypernormalization

This is part of a project looking at the factors that clinicians might take into consideration when making clinical decisions. This is a complex and multifactorial process, which is sometimes performed in a step-wise algorithmic manner, but more commonly as a less well-defined heuristic process. In evaluating each therapeutic action or step, we will need to consider various factors as to whether the step was useful or not. Ideally, these factors should all be present and affected by each step in the case but this may not always be true.本数据集隶属于一项旨在探究临床医生制定临床决策时需考量的各类影响因素的研究项目。临床决策是一个复杂且多因素交织的过程，有时会遵循逐步推进的算法式流程开展，但更常见的形式则是定义相对模糊的启发式决策过程。在评估每一项诊疗操作或决策步骤时，需结合多维度因素判断该步骤是否具备临床效用。理想状态下，病例中的每一项决策步骤都应涵盖所有相关影响因素并受其作用，但实际情形往往无法完全契合这一理想状态。
