The most diverse regions (Table 3) were from Esfahan and Kalposh, showing the highest total number of alleles (TNA) and mean number of alleles (MNA). The least diverse region was Zarghan with the lowest TNA of 20, and lowest MNA of 2.857. Average observed and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.075 to 0.127 and 0.483 to 0.606, respectively. The Kalposh region had the highest values of observed and expected heterozygosity, and the Zarghan region had the lowest values. Overall, there was good agreement between the estimates of observed average and expected heterozygosity for all regions except Zarghan that showed an overall heterozygosity deficiency

多样性最高的区域(表3)为宜斯法罕(Esfahan)与卡尔波什(Kalposh),二者的等位基因总数(total number of alleles, TNA)与平均等位基因数(mean number of alleles, MNA)均为最高。多样性最低的区域为扎尔甘(Zarghan),其等位基因总数仅为20,为所有区域中的最低值,平均等位基因数为2.857,同样处于最低水平。观测杂合度与期望杂合度的平均值分别介于0.075至0.127与0.483至0.606之间。其中卡尔波什区域的观测杂合度与期望杂合度均为最高,扎尔甘区域则为最低。整体而言,除扎尔甘区域存在整体杂合子缺失(heterozygosity deficiency)外,其余所有区域的观测平均杂合度与期望杂合度估算值均具有良好的一致性。
