Local Environment Administration in Municipalities with a Narrow Industrial Base, 1991

The project looked into the construction of the municipal environment administration and how the local environment actions in six municipalities with a narrow industrial base was made. Bremanger, Sunndal, Sør-Varanger, Vennesla and Årdal. A main goal was to map out the environment policy agenda in the test municipalities. The project included interviews with 110 politicians in the municipalities.
