光源的照度会随着使用时间增长而出现衰减情况,通过对光源标注测试点位进行照度的定时定点测量,对每天的测试数据去掉最大值和最小值之后再平均处理得到测试点照度均值/天,使用测试起始天的测试点照度均值与测试终止天的测试点照度均值的差值除以测试起始天的测试点照度均值得到照度衰减率,照度衰减率可以有效验证灯珠厂商产品的照明质量,从而把控光源照度的稳定性和可靠性。此外,测试光源照度衰减数据的操作相对简单,在保证测试准确性的同时显著提高光衰数据的测试效率。
Light source illuminance decays as its operating time increases. By performing timed and fixed-point illuminance measurements on the pre-marked test points of light sources, the daily average illuminance of each test point is obtained by removing the maximum and minimum values from the daily test data and then averaging the remaining data. The illuminance decay rate is calculated by dividing the difference between the daily average illuminance of the test points on the test start day and that on the test end day by the daily average illuminance of the test points on the start day. This rate can effectively validate the lighting quality of products from light bead manufacturers, thus enabling control over the stability and reliability of the light source's illuminance. Additionally, the operation of testing illuminance decay data for light sources is relatively straightforward, significantly enhancing the testing efficiency of decay data while ensuring test accuracy.
