Spreadsheet of journal subscription costs

Derived expenditure data using best understanding of universities' replies, and using constant exchange rate of $NZ1 = A$0.90= US$0.77 = EUR0.63. Figures given in US$. Estimated EFT academic/research staff and student numbers obtained by reading each university's 2016 report and spot-checking that numbers had not changed greatly in the period 2013-2016.本数据集的支出数据系基于对各高校回复内容的最优研判推导所得，计算过程采用固定汇率标准：1新西兰元（NZ$）=0.90澳元（A$）=0.77美元（US$）=0.63欧元（EUR），所有统计数值均以美元计价。学术/科研人员与学生的等效全日制（Equivalent Full-Time, EFT）估算人数，通过查阅各高校2016年度报告，并经抽样核查确认2013至2016年间上述人员与学生数量未发生显著变动后得出。
