ImmGen ULI: Deep RNA-seq data

Primary RNAseq data for five highly purified immunocyte populations (splenic NK, Follicular B, Naïve CD4+ abT, gdT cells and peritoneal macrophages) profiled to unusual depth as multiple biological replicates, using the ImmGen ULI pipeline. Overall design: RNAseq datasets generated routinely by ImmGen using the ULI (ultra-low-input) pipeline are somewhat shallow, and not suitable for exploration of genes expressed at very low levels. Here, an average of 16 replicates were generated for each of 5 reference cell-types and sequenced using ImmGen's standard RNA-seq pipeline contributor: Immunological Genome Project Consortium
