It can accurately reflect the ruminal degradation rate, digestibility and outflow volume of carbohydrates and proteins ingested by dairy cows, as well as the absorption efficiency of energy and protein. The purpose of this system is to provide a computational framework for nutritional diagnosis of cattle and dietary nutritional evaluation, and it has been updated to its 6th edition as of now.
