该检定装置主要由波长标准物质、透射比标准物质、杂散光标准物质、标准石英吸收池等组成,并按照JJG178-2007《紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计检定规程》进行检定。其检定项目包括波长示值误差与重复性、噪声与飘移、光谱带宽、透射比示值误差与重复性、基线平直度、杂散光等几方面。波长示值误差与重复性检定:在规定的条件下,用被测紫外、可见分光光度计直接测氧化钬滤光片标准物质或干涉滤光片,测得的吸收峰波长,重复测量3次,其算术平均值与波长标准值之差,即为波长示值误差。三次测量波长的最大值与最小值之差为波长重复性。透射比示值误差与重复性检定:用被测紫外、可见分光光度计在规定的波长处,分别测量(透射比标称值为10%、20%、30%)透射比标准物质的透射比(示值),重复测量3次,其算术平均值与相应波长下的透射比的标准值之差,即为透射比的示值误差。三次测量透射比的最大值与最小值之差为透射比重复性。杂散光的检定:在相应波长处测量相应的杂散光标准物质的透射比,透射比值即为仪器在该波长处的杂散光。紫外、可见分光光度计广泛应用于环境监测、医疗卫生、食品、化工等行业,属于强制检定计量器具。为了保证仪器量值的准确可靠,为了保证计量法的有效实施贯彻,更好的服务于河南省经济发展需要,建立此项社会公用计量标准,开展对各类紫外、可见分光光度计的检定工作。

For the verification of wavelength indication error and repeatability: Under specified conditions, directly measure the absorption peak wavelengths of holmium oxide filter reference materials or interference filters using the tested UV-visible spectrophotometer, repeat the measurement three times. The difference between the arithmetic mean of the measured wavelengths and the standard wavelength value is the wavelength indication error. The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the three measured wavelengths is the wavelength repeatability. For the verification of transmittance indication error and repeatability: Use the tested UV-visible spectrophotometer to measure the transmittance (indication) of transmittance reference materials with nominal transmittance values of 10%, 20% and 30% respectively at specified wavelengths, repeat the measurement three times. The difference between the arithmetic mean of the measured transmittance values and the standard transmittance value at the corresponding wavelength is the transmittance indication error. The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the three measured transmittance values is the transmittance repeatability. For the verification of stray light: Measure the transmittance of the corresponding stray light reference material at the corresponding wavelength, and the measured transmittance value is the stray light of the instrument at that wavelength. UV-visible spectrophotometers are widely used in industries such as environmental monitoring, medical and health care, food, and chemical industry, and are classified as mandatorily verified measuring instruments. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrument measurement values, to ensure the effective implementation and implementation of the Measurement Law, and to better serve the economic development needs of Henan Province, this public social measurement standard is established to carry out verification work for various types of UV-visible spectrophotometers.
