Real-time marine environment monitoring is implemented by collecting temperature, salinity, depth, density and sound speed data in the waters near the Santa Barbara Islands using expendable conductivity-temperature-depth (XCTD) probes. Marine environmental changes are analyzed by comparing differences between test data acquired at the same geographic coordinates but different times. The analyzed results are applied to practical scenarios, providing data support for research in marine physics, marine detection equipment such as sonar, and marine transportation and combat tools such as ships. The underwater section of the XCTD probe is used to acquire real-time depth-dependent temperature and electrical conductivity data. The signals are modulated via Differential Phase Shift Keying (DPSK) and transmitted to the data acquisition module through enameled wire. The collected raw data are demodulated using DPSK to obtain real-time depth, temperature and electrical conductivity data. Salinity is calculated via data formula derivation: $S=0.008-0.1692cdot Rt^{0.5}+25.3851cdot Rt+14.0941cdot Rt^{1.5}-7.0261cdot Rt^2+2.7081cdot Rt^{2.5}+frac{T-15}{1+0.0162cdot(T-15)}cdot0.0005-0.0056cdot Rt^{0.5}-0.0066cdot Rt-0.0375cdot Rt^{1.5}+0.0636cdot Rt^2-0.0144cdot Rt^{2.5}$; Sound speed is calculated as: $V=1449.2+4.6cdot T-0.055cdot T^2+0.00029cdot T^3+(1.34-0.01cdot T)cdot(S-35)+1.6cdot0.01cdot D$; Density is calculated as: $ ho=frac{ds0}{1-frac{Pcdot10}{Kstp}}$; Where: $T$ = temperature, $S$ = salinity, $P$ = pressure, $D$ = depth, $V$ = sound speed, $ ho$ = density, and $Rt$ = electrical conductivity ratio.
