To investigate the effect of PD-1 expression on gene expression, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes related to the cell proliferation of human B-cell lymphoma (HBCL) cell line VAL in vitro. Overall design: PD-1-wildtype or PD-1-knockout VAL cells were incubated for 24 h in vitro.
