Specific biomarkers.

Potential “specific biomarkers” of morphological disruption (i.e. ovotestis) in juvenile male rainbow trout gonads exposed chronically to ethynylestradiol. These genes were selected following several filters to focus on genes specifically differentially expressed in the gonads of fish displaying intersex gonads. The “Graph symbol” column refers to the letters represented on volcano plots in Fig 3E and 3F.
